Bad service

Their card machine was faulty, my payment went through 3 times. They said that it would reverse in 5 min. 2 payments reversed, 1 still hasn't, 2 hours now. The lady refused to hand over my purchase to me. The customers in the store looking at me, I walked away.

Ear Piercing

Yes took my child to Lovisa in Jacksonville Fl (Avenues Mall) for piercing & ask question about it the young lady that was working advise me she does the piercing so we would like to have it done ok she say just pick out the ones you want so when it was time for it do be done the whole piece (white part) she call her Manger who told her just get it out and then told her to go to another piercer for help the other lady advise that she didn't have it line up correctly the was that's why it got stuck, in her ear couldn't get out ending up going to the ER to get it removed. Called and email you'll with no RESPONSE from any one THAT'S NOT GOOD . REALLY NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMMLOYEES ON THIS SERVICE IF YOU'LL GOING TO OFFER THIS .

Never got paid when i worked there

ive been trying to get in contact with yalls hr. i never received any paychecks while i was working for lovisa and need to know who to get in contact with to get paid. i went and talked to someone in the store but they wasn't very helpful at all.

Refund

My card was charged and I didnt receive the merchandise due to the cash register freezing. My bank paid the charges. The manager would not give me my purchase even after I showed her money was taken out my bank. I called the bank while in the store to confirm and she kept the merchandise and couldnt give me a receipt.

I made a purchase in the york outlet shop. I was refused a receipt unless I gave my email details. I explained I didnt want to give my email details and wanted a paper receipt . The assistant said they dont issue paper receipt and refused to give me a receipt unless I gave my personal email. Really not happy about this. Is this your company policy. ?

Order not received

Lovisa - Order not received

I ordered a treadmill using affirm and never receive the order neither did I receive an email from the merchant. I have made several attempts to reach the merchant by email and calls, I keep getting error message stating the email does not exist and the phone number is not going through.

I can't reach the merchant. Again I checked online and noticed the name on the site I made the purchase is different what the name that pop up after I made payment. The name on the site is Viraista.

After making payment another name is showing as Lovisa. I have checked lovisa online is a jewry store that has nothing go do with treadmill

I bought a necklace while i was on vacation in seattle and before purchase I asked if we can return it anywhere and after confirming I purchased it. I went to return it in santaclara west field valley fair mall and they said I can't return it.

Serious customer complaints

On Sunday 5/28/23 I was visiting Lovisa store in Canoga park ,California, Westfield mall

It was around 4PM and I was with my sister (she came from Germany)

She try to buy a ring and when we want to purchase the cashier said I dont have change and I said its not my problem

She said get the *** out of store or I have to call security

2 black girls very disrespectful and unprofessional

I try to call the district manager and his name is Gabriell and when he picked up the phone he said its a wrong number

I get his number from mall management

Try to call the main office but no one respond

Ill take this to next step with my attorney because this was a harassment and those 2 cashiers must be fired as soon including district manager

Return

I bought a lot of jewelry in Seattle while traveling and when I tried to return just one necklace in Bay Area valley fair, they said I cant return it as it was not purchased in that store . I did ask the Seattle store if I could return before buying and they said yes it can be retuned in California.

Necklace bought from Lovisa store Germany Essen train station changes from gold plated to charcoal color after 2 days. Note: the lady on duty the day I bought it choosed the particular necklace for me with the assurance that it won't change color.The most painful part is the insult I received from the store manager on 28.09.2022 simply because I took the necklace back there. I will not forget such huge insult in short time. Don't use your money to buy insult. Lovisa is not recommended.
